What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Tecerra Inc?

This is a permanent, part-time, remote position with the ability to transfer into full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Works with executive team to organize, schedule, and execute tasks.
- Participates in basic data entry into financial and file systems.
- Assist with the new hire onboarding process from start to finish.
- Ensure proper inventory of uniforms and supplies.
- Process customer payments and securely store in file system.
- Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 0 to 1 year of related experience.
- Maintains high standards for work areas and appearance.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule helpful.
- Willing and able to sit at a desk for up to 4 hours per day.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
