What You’ll Do: As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Tecerra, you will provide oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows dependable punctuality.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
• Assist teams with inventory receiving, food preparation, transportation, setup, and service.
• Ensure BEOs are followed according to client requests at all functions.

What You Bring:

• No previous work experience required, but is preferred.
