Responsible for providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues. Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems, performs root cause analysis, and develops preventive procedures. Maintains knowledge and call tracking databases to improve issue resolution. Provides technical guidance, informal training, and collaborates in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of IT experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to support medium to high-complexity issues and mentor junior staff.
