Position Summary:
The Digital Media & Training Designer enhances training and digital media content by combining creative design with technical skills. This role involves revising instructional materials for e-learning and instructor-led courses, creating digital media assets, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring alignment with client and Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise standards across training and web platforms
Duties & Responsibilities:
- and enhance in-house instructional materials, including training guides, lesson plans, and visual aids for e-learning, instructor-led, and self-paced formats.
