Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis who is proficient in coordination with onshore and offshore teams. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, initiating, and managing IT projects from start to finish. You will lead and guide the team, coordinate with various departments and stakeholders, and ensure project deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, Initiate, and Manage IT Projects: Develop and execute project plans, manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

2. Lead and Guide the Technical Team: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the projectteam, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.

3. Coordinate with Various Departments and Stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and deployment teams, to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

4. Manage Project Risks, Issues, and Changes: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and manage issues and changes to ensure project deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline.

5. Ensure Project Deliverables Meet Quality, Scope, and Timeline: Verify that project deliverables meet the required quality, scope, and timeline, and take corrective action if necessary.

6. Work with Onshore and Offshore Teams: Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

7. Take Complete Ownership of Development Projects: Assume full responsibility for the development projects, including technical, functional, and quality aspects.

Requirements:

1. Experience in Project Management: and IT projects.

2. Strong Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): In-depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid.

3. Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, lead and motivate teams, and resolve complex technical issues.

4. Certifications: CSM and SAFe certified Preffered

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
