This individual will work closely with our Research team to evaluate, compare, and provide recommendations on various ELN vendors. The role involves gathering detailed requirements, recommending the best approach for implementation, and developing a strategic plan to select a single ELN system.

- Lead the evaluation of different ELN vendors, including IDBS, Revity, and others, considering the specific needs and requirements of the Research team.
- Collaborate with the Research team to understand their workflows, needs, and pain points to ensure the ELN system meets their demands.
- Assess and compare the functionalities, capabilities, and user interfaces of the available ELN systems.
- Provide expert insights and recommendations on the most suitable ELN system for the organization's research needs.
- Develop an actionable plan and roadmap for the selection and integration of the chosen ELN system.
- Deliver a comprehensive assessment and final recommendation within a 3-month timeframe.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in ELN systems, with a deep understanding of their features, capabilities, and best practices.
- Experience working with various ELN vendors, such as IDBS and Revity.
- Proven track record of successfully assessing and implementing ELN systems in research or similar environments.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define system needs.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to produce clear documentation, including assessments, reports, and strategic plans.
Timeline:
- This is a project-based role, the goal is to provide a final assessment and recommendation by the end of the period.
