Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Apps Developer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative technologies and play a pivotal role in developing solutions that enhance our business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, as well as solid knowledge of .NET Core and SQL. Experience with Redis or Python is a huge plus. This position will require strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions to automate and streamline business processes, improve workflows, and enhance user experience.
- Leverage Power Automate to create automated workflows and integrations with both Microsoft and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective, scalable Power Apps solutions.
- Utilize .NET Core to develop back-end services and integrations, ensuring seamless functionality across systems.
- Write optimized, efficient SQL queries to interact with databases, support data retrieval, and ensure data integrity.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing applications, troubleshooting issues, and applying fixes as needed.
- Work with Redis for caching and real-time data storage, optimizing performance for high-volume applications (preferred but not required).
- Assist in integrating Python-based solutions (if applicable) to enhance application functionalities, especially around AI or data processing (a plus but not required).
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards across all development work.
- Ensure security and compliance best practices are followed throughout the development process.
- Work in an Agile environment, attending sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Provide technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
