As the Contact Center Specialist , you will respond to a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms, delivering superior member service, and provide first person resolution to member inquiries.
The primary responsibilities of the Contact Center Specialist are :
- Answer any questions about Tech CU’s locations, services, products, payment inquires etc.
- Help resolve any product or service problem or complaint in a timely manner
- Perform member account maintenance
- Take, process and close consumer loan application
- Process and open new accounts
- Achieve all sales goals, service expectations, and educational goals
There is no face-to-face interaction in this role. All communication is through phone or technology platforms.
