Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Overview:

Telco Depot is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated, experienced Bookkeeper to join our collaborative team!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
• Handle and manage QuickBooks Online (experience is a must)
• Assist in daily operations related to customer sales and service
• Work as part of a close-knit, fast-paced team to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience with bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online
• Conduct general ledger reconciliation to verify the accuracy of accounts.
• Prepare journal entries to record financial transactions accurately. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment

Experience

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
• Strong knowledge of double entry bookkeeping principles and practices.
• Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation, journal entries, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with team members.
