Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, across various operating systems such as Android , Apple iOS, Windows, and macOS.
- Perform equipment repairs using hand tools and soldering techniques as needed.
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide solutions to enhance device performance.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding mobile devices and related services in a retail setting.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on devices.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and advancements to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in mobile device repair or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating systems including Android and iOS is essential.
- Experience in retail sales or field service roles is a plus.
- Proficient in using hand tools for equipment repair and soldering tasks.
