What You’ll Do
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to cover a maternity leave. In this temporary role, you will be expected to jump in and help execute digital campaigns across a number of stakeholder groups including our commercial audiences, both on global and local level. This is a full-time, temporary position is expected to last for up to 6 months, 40 hours a week.
This individual possesses a solid knowledge of cross-channel digital campaigns in a B2B marketing environment and can partner with a broad spectrum of internal stakeholders and the team strategist to execute a digital strategy around broadening reach, solidifying awareness and increasing engagement among the executive profiles we care about most. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with across an array of digital tactics such as social (emphasis on LinkedIn) and search, and other areas such as display, partnerships and more.

Responsibilities
- Execute (both individually and in partnership with others) campaigns across multiple digital channels (primary focus of LinkedIn) to raise awareness, generate demand and brand build across our various customer groups and local market teams
- Independently plan, execute and consistently optimize multiple campaigns across several solution groups, industries and sectors, some of which may have slightly varying goals and business objectives
- Partner with digital team members and global marketing colleagues to define objectives, establish KPIs and budget plan for priority campaigns throughout the first half of the year
- Familiarize yourself with our project management platform (Trello) and ensure all campaign and project updates are running smoothly and on time
- Carefully monitor, optimize and report on performance of creative across all campaigns at various points throughout “life” of campaign to practice marketer
- Ensure proper and consistent UTM strategy is utilized for proper campaign attribution and measurement
- Respond to ad hoc requests on performance of campaign when needed
- Conducts complete post-campaign evaluation and reporting to read out on results highlighting both strengths, potential weaknesses and lessons learned
- Test and learn to ensure we’re offering best-in-class, most effective, most innovative solutions
- Assist in evaluating, developing and nurturing new vendor relationships where needed
- 4-6 years of experience in SEM, social advertising (particularly LinkedIn), display/media buying, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment LinkedIn expertise (paid)
- Ability to juggle a high campaign workload
- Excellent copywriting skills, particularly for social
- Outstanding organization, project management and communication skills
- Able to influence colleagues and communicate effectively with employees across the organization
- Proven experience in working across multiple campaigns at once, continuously optimizing for best performance at all times
- Understanding of project management tools and the importance of keeping them updated to ensure cross-functional team collaboration
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DSPs and other bid management technologies a plus
- Agency experience a plus
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university
- Additional coursework in social media and LinkedIn desire
