The ideal candidate will work closely with technicians, clients, and management to ensure efficient scheduling, prompt issue resolution, and superior customer service.Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service calls, ensuring optimal technician assignments and timely response to customer needs.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, service requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Service Dispatch: Dispatch technicians for scheduled and emergency service calls, providing detailed work orders and instructions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests, completed work, and follow-up actions in the company’s database.
- Parts and Supplies Management: Assist in ordering and tracking parts and supplies needed for service calls.
- Billing Support: Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate invoicing for completed services.
- Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with technicians and management to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure service activities comply with industry standards, local regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a customer service, scheduling, or coordination role, preferably in the alarm or low-voltage systems industry.
- Education:
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or scheduling software.
- Basic understanding of alarm systems or related technology is a plus.
