This role will drive operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, optimize financial processes, and align service operations with business objectives. We are seeking a Senior manager to oversee the systems, workflows, and data analysis for dispatch, invoicing, customer service, forecasting, and collections. This role will drive operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, optimize financial processes, and align service operations with business objectives. Our services are growing double digit and we are in the process of implementing new technologies that will help us scale and improve our customer and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize workflows for dispatch, invoicing, customer service, forecasting, and collections to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Data Analysis: Develop KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve operations.
- Systems Management: Driver implemention of tools to streamline operations and ensure integration with business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). We have already selected Acumatica for service management but opportunities exist for additional tools and use of modern communication and analytical tools
- Forecasting & Collections: Oversee demand forecasting and collections processes to enhance financial planning and cash flow.
- Leadership: Mentor team members, foster continuous improvement, and collaborate across departments to align operations with strategic goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in service operations, including leadership roles.
- Expertise in systems management, data analysis and forecasting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with some ERP, CRM, and operational tools.
