What you'll do as a Project Coordinator
- Responsible for keeping projects and all related processes running smoothly and efficiently, under the direction of the project manager
- Assists the PM, in the planning, developing, organizing, and managing of programs, projects, and activities
- Completes assignments and coordinate activities, equipment, resources, and information in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
- Monitors job status and helps project manager control job costs to ensure that each project is completed on-time and within stated budget
- Facilitates procurement, documentation, scheduling, and change requests as directed by project managers
What you need as a Project Coordinator
- Two-year degree
- Two years' experience using computer systems, including MS Office
- Experience working in a fast paced, deadline-oriented position
- Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel proficiency are a plus
