Location: Hybrid On-site (Palo Alto, CA - 2 to 3 times per month)
Pay: $112,000 to $147,000 per year (Depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the Epic Cupid module to ensure it functions correctly and efficiently.
- Assist doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff in using the system effectively, addressing any questions or problems they encounter.
- Teach users how to navigate and utilize the Cupid module to its full potential.
- Work closely with clinical teams to understand their needs and adjust the system accordingly.
- Identify and fix issues within the system to minimize disruptions to patient care.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information systems, or a related field.
Experience Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Analyst specializing in clinical systems, particularly Epic Cupid.
- Strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and a good understanding of clinical workflows are important.
- Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and best practices in a healthcare setting.
- Epic certification in Cupid or related modules is highly desirable.
- Experience with reporting tools and database management systems, such as Clarity or Reporting Workbench.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse clinical and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
