Education, Healthcare, Retail, Corporate, Gaming, Kiosk and more.
Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of Tech
Global, including managing office supplies, handling phone calls, coordinating with
customers/vendors, and generally ensuring the smooth operation of the office by serving as
a central point of contact for employees and clients.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- General HR Management (not payroll)
o Greeting all guests coming to Tech Global through the front office
o New hire onboarding/interviewing
Paperwork
First day introductions
Background checks and documentation verification
o Annual paperwork, sexual harassment and lift training documentation
management
o Schedule company social events, team building and outings
- NCMR and CRPO Management
o Assist Engineering Technician with processing NCMR
o Manage CRPOs in inventory software and communicate with suppliers for
resolutions to CRPOs
o Adjust inventory/scrap parts as needed based on CRPO resolution
- Customer Service and RMAs
o Direct all incoming company calls to their designated areas – tech support,
engineering, shipping, etc.
o Assist online support emails and over the phone requests
o Communicate with customers requesting RMAs via email and phone
o Gather all necessary information for RMAs and input into inventory system
o Coordinate with shipping and the customer to return repaired units
- Logistics Quoting for Incoming and Outgoing Material
o Manage incoming raw material timelines from a shipping standpoint,
including HTS code and commercial invoice/documentation support
o Obtain various shipping quotes through our logistics vendors to identify the
best shipping method to meet the timeline
o Ensure timely delivery of the raw materials to our warehouse
o Work with Project Manager to provide finished product shipping quotesSpecific Responsibilities Include (continued):
- Office Supply Ordering
o Manage requests from all employees for supply needs
o Keep company stocked of all consumable items
o Source the best vendors and prices for consumables
- Manage the cleaning crew
o Ensure they regularly provide a proper cleaning service
o Update them with pictures/descriptions of areas of improvement
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy with experience in inventory systems
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
