We are seeking an Reliable On Site Tier 1 and 2 Help Desk Representatives to join our team! You will resolve hardware and software related issues for your clients. This job you will be the front line of service for our customer(s) using and strong tool base. As part of our team we service customers custom environments and needs.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- Detailed documentation in our ticketing system
- Maintain User accounts in 365 and Active Directory Hybrid Environment
- Ontime arrival for Daily Shift
- Must be able to lift 50-80 pounds as needed for computer equipment
- Network Administration and Troubleshooting
- Hardware Deployment
- Backup Monitoring
- On call rotation

Education or Equivalent experience preferred :
