The Role :
We are looking for a skilled Looker / Snowflake Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and visualizing large datasets to support strategic decision-making. You will develop interactive dashboards, generate insights, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources, including Snowflake, to uncover insights and trends.
- Develop Looker dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings effectively.
- Support enterprise data management, privacy, governance, and reporting.
- Provide analytical support for membership growth, donor impact, and strategic initiatives.
- Convert raw data into concise and impactful visual presentations for various stakeholders, including executive leadership, councils, and donors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Present insights verbally, in writing, and through PowerPoint presentations.
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Looker and integrate data from Snowflake and other sources.
- Track KPIs and key performance metrics to measure initiative success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in data analytics, visualization, and business intelligence.
- Implement new data sources, research methodologies, and reporting techniques to enhance data insights capabilities.
