Summary Of Position

As a Salesforce Implementation Consultant, you’ll collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, customize and deploy Salesforce instances, design and implement solutions within Salesforce for Nonprofits, provide ongoing support, and work closely with web development partners on custom Salesforce integrations.

• Salary Range – 62K – 67K - Salary Commensurate to your Experience
  
  

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
• Customize new Salesforce instances and support existing instances.
• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions mainly within Salesforce for Nonprofits.
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects on developing data dictionaries and ERDs.
• Migrate data from legacy systems to Salesforce and ensure data integrity.
• Conducting audits and evaluate existing instances prior to adoption in the support cycle.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend new features and functionalities.
• Implement and support automation workflows to streamline business processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications to extend functionality.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for administrators and end-users.
• Document all configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful user adoption.
• Quickly respond to and facilitate the completion of customer support requests.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Experience as a Salesforce Implementation Consultant or similar role.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Cloud services.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• AppExchange Applications: Managed Packages install and configuration
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce for nonprofits
• Experience with data migration best practices.
• Experience customizing and managing Experience Cloud/Communities, force.com, or other front-end experiences in Salesforce
• Experience or understanding working with web development partners on custom integrations with Salesforce
• Salesforce Trailblazer Badges or other certifications
