THE OPPORTUNITY

The Head of Commercialization, Market Analysis is responsible for driving the identification, creation, and adoption of new products across Market Analysis. Specific focus will initially center on the transformation of custom projects into beta-tested product offers and the identification of new products built off current data sets across all of TechInsights. This role involves strategic planning, market opportunity assessment, coordination with various departments, and acting as the lead evangelist with Sales. The focus is on building organizational understanding, trust and cooperation and then translating broad vision and goals into actionable plans to ensure successful product delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Management and Leadership

Identify New Products : Utilize current and future data sets across TechInsights to identify new product opportunities.

Drive Transformation : Further the transformation of market analysis by turning TSS projects into beta-tested product offers, ensuring they are market-ready and meet customer needs.

Determine Market Opportunity : Define market opportunities with clearly identified target prospects and obtain Go / No Go decisions from Segment Leads and Senior Leadership Team.

Promote : Act as the lead evangelist with the Sales team to educate on new product offerings.

Sales Support and Product Promotion

Message Creation : Craft value propositions, and hone messaging.

Target Identification : Work with sales team to develop prospects and maintain and develop senior level client relationships.

Education : Train sales team on product coverage and value proposition.

Content Creation and Delivery

Playbook Development : Design and act as the primary customer stakeholder for the development of Playbooks to deliver newly productized offers.

Coordination : Work closely with the Head of End Market Analysis to ensure the capacity and capability for building and delivering new products.

Delivery : Ensure that processes are in place to define and measure the necessary stakeholders and their contributions so that ongoing product delivery is maintained according to agreed to timing and plans.

Sets organizational priorities and allocates resources; executes department business plans.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requires a comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards and principles.

Identifies and resolves complex multi-dimensional business problems by looking beyond existing methodologies and own discipline.

Decision making involves researching, analysing, and evaluating data and using judgment in applying professional expertise.

Applies in-depth understanding of the business dynamics of own department / district integrates within the division.

Influences others internally and externally, including senior division executives, vendors, or regulators.
