Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Services Specialist to take charge of the day-to-day operations of Tech Integr8. This part-time position involves managing client relationships, delivering technical support, and ensuring our IT services run seamlessly. The ideal candidate will bring a solid IT background, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their IT needs through remote and on-site support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business management software, hardware, networks, and cybersecurity, with a focus on supporting independent pharmacies.
- Manage multiple client projects at once, ensuring timely delivery and excellent client satisfaction.
- Work with vendors (e.g., internet service providers, phone companies) to negotiate the best rates and services for clients.
- Maintain and secure client systems, including server environments, data backups, and camera recording backups.
- Handle hardware and network setups, including wiring cleanups, with support from the team as needed.
- Provide recommendations to improve clients’ IT setups and reduce their operational costs.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities to expand our client base, particularly among small businesses and pharmacies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT services, ideally with familiarity in business management software used by small businesses, such as those in the pharmacy sector.
- Strong understanding of network management, cybersecurity, and server environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for both simple and complex technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and vendor negotiations.
- Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and stay organized.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours and travel as needed to client locations.
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications, with potential for growth as the business expands.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $32.30 - $34.46 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
