Overview:
Responsibilities:
Research and Development:
- Conduct cutting-edge research in AI and ML
- Explore and experiment with new machine learning techniques
- Develop novel AI solutions for complex problems across various industries
Algorithm Design:
- Design and implement novel algorithms for data analysis
- Improve the efficiency and scalability of existing models
Data Analysis:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies and key features
Model Training & Evaluation:
- Train machine learning models on large datasets and optimize them for accuracy
- Conduct thorough evaluation and testing of models using appropriate metrics
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers
- Collaborate with other researchers and academic institutions
Publications & Presentations:
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at industry conferences
- Communicate complex research results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications:
- A Ph.D. or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 10 years of total experience
Technical Skills: -
- Expertise in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C , or Java
- Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts, including linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimization techniques
- Contributions to AI/ML open-source projects or publications in top-tier journals or conferences
- Experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for model deployment
- Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems and data processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
Experience:
- Strong research background, deep technical expertise in AI and ML
- Experience with deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Practical experience in designing and deploying ML models at scale
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
