Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain PROS CPQ & Sales Performance Optimization Management (SPOM) solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and project goals.
- Lead and guide technical teams in developing standard configurations and custom solutions within budget and timelines.
- Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD) & Requirements Design Documents (RDD) with input from Solution Architects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders through workshops and sprint ceremonies, providing data reports and ensuring solution alignment.
Qualifications:
- 15 years of practical experience with at least 8 years in IT and 3 PROS CPQ & Price Management project implementations.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of PROS CPQ, PROS SPOM, SQL, Excel, and programming languages like Java, JavaScript, PROS Macro.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize solutions effectively.
- Process Knowledge: Understanding of pricing processes and experience implementing Price Optimization and CPQ solutions.
- Documentation & Reporting: Proficiency in creating and maintaining SDD & RDD documents, and generating reports for sprint ceremonies.
- Leadership & Communication: Experience guiding teams, owning solution implementation, and conducting workshops with stakeholders.
