Role:
Dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager. This role focuses on nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent business growth, and driving client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account farming, strategic business development, and a deep understanding of the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
· Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients in the energy domain, engage with senior leaders at the client captive to understand their technology needs and business challenges.
· Business Growth: Identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and expanding services within the existing client portfolio, execute account-specific growth strategies aligned with organizational goals. Ability to create large deals
· End-to-end responsibility: Take end-to-end responsibility for opportunity identification, qualification, and tracking all opportunities through to closure. This involves extensive coordination with internal teams; building robust connections with internal stakeholders is crucial for achieving success.
· Performance Management: Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth, including revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and proactive client engagement. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales and account growth targets
Key Pre-requisites:
· Understanding of client captives, technology, and result orientation, excellent communication & skills, and interpersonal abilities with the ability to build rapport and trust.
· Capability to lead and develop effective teams, fostering collaboration and achieving collective goals.
· Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree, Energy Management, or a related field.
· 5 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within the Process Manufacturing domain
· Strong understanding of industry operations, trends, and challenges.
· Knowledge of CPG will be plus
