Role:
With more than 15 years of experience, role holder is responsible for growing net new business and new pipeline in Banking Financial Services & Insurance sector. He/She must have 2 years of experience in opening new client relationships. He/She should possess good understanding of market & competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise, often in conjunction with Partners.
Location: US Tristate Area, NY, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Generate Profitable Revenue from New Account in the BFSI vertical.
- Achieve targets (revenue, gross margin, debtor days).
- Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo /Vertical
- Ensure face time with customers for selling and conduct sales presentations.
- Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.
- Manage the overall pursuit plan and forecast and provide status reports.
- Prospect and identify qualified opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with partners- OEM, local partners, consultants etc.
- Understand Tech M offerings very well.
Authority:
- Choosing local partners to work with.
- Can also align with OEMs (IBM, HP, etc.)
- Qualification of leads generated by Marketing/ competencies.
- Presales time commitment is largely influenced by him/her.
- Attention of Bid Management team to work on opportunities.
Skills:
- CRM OD understanding for pipeline tracking & reporting.
- Contract negotiation.
- Understanding effort estimation & pricing methods. Bill of materials
- Internal People soft (PS) for approvals & expense claims, Knowledge Management System(KMS) & Internal social media for learning & sharing
