Job description:
A Production Support position ensures smooth operation of systems and applications in a live environment by troubleshooting issues, monitoring performance, and collaborating with other teams to maintain stability and resolve problems.
Experience required: 4-6 years.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact users.
- Incident Management: Respond to and resolve technical incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and business disruption.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate the root causes of problems to prevent recurrence and implement long-term solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and other teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and stability.
- Application Deployment and Configuration: Assist with the deployment and configuration of applications in the production environment.
- Problem Management: Participate in problem management processes to identify and resolve recurring issues.
- Change Management: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of changes to the production environment.
- Maintain Service Activity Reports
