We are looking for QA Lead( SAP, Scrum Master ) in Santa Clara, CA.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee project planning, execution, tracking, testing and reporting while maintaining timelines and budgets.
- Run daily stand-up meetings and drive IT meetings, acting as a Scrum Master and facilitating Agile best practices.
- Lead Sprint Planning and ensure seamless execution of development cycles.
- Utilize JIRA and TestRail for tracking development, testing, and project progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Services, Logistics, Customer Fulfillment, and IT teams.
- Draft and document business requirements to support system enhancements and process improvements.
- Ensure familiarity with SAP modules,specifically SAP SD and business processes related to inventory management, service logistics, and finance teams.
- Possess experience with SAP QA processes to ensure quality and compliance in system implementations
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies across systems and workflows.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing updates and strategic insights.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, quality standards, and best practices.
