Responsibilities
- Lead a team of talented engineers who build and maintain the internal SRE, testing, and developer productivity tools.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality, reliable, and scalable storage solutions for our customers' applications
• Drive innovation and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI, Cloud, and Developer Productivity.
• Collaborate with product management and other engineering teams to define and prioritize feature development and project timelines
• Mentor and guide team members to continuously improve their skills and contribute to the growth of the team.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
• Proactively identify and address technical challenges and provide solutions to ensure smooth operation of the storage infrastructure
