TMB, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Jr. Program Analyst to provide support to Team Ships Front Office (TSFO).
Responsibilities
- Maintain communication with stakeholders and present data collection information and analysis to support business decisions.
- Develop MS PowerPoint presentations/briefing material and graphs and charts that provide data and information to support projects.
- Track, analyze, and report progress, status, and data associated with customer programs and team actions using metrics and infographics.
- Proactively anticipate & identify problems, analyze causes, evaluate, and recommend alternative solutions.
- Collect, interpret, and analyze customer metrics and make associated recommendations.
- Make sound decisions and valuable recommendations that reflect subject matter competence and good judgment.
- Independently perform assigned tasks such as establishing project objectives, evaluating alternatives, recommending an approach for meeting requirements, and resolving issues.
- Lead programmatic or organizational efforts on behalf of customers in support of mission accomplishments in accordance with policy and direction.
- Track and report progress, status, and data associated with customer programs and team actions.
- Work collaboratively and effectively with team members on projects.
- Manage the calendar/schedule for the task area.
- Manage, track, and maintain official correspondence.
- Prepare correspondence and interoffice communications.
- Serve as point of contact to track and document contractor travel.
- Generate detailed travel and meeting itineraries.
- Make recommendations for procedure changes to encourage more efficiency
- Maintain the organization chart, phone roster, and emergency contacts list of task area.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of personnel assigned to task area.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and ceremonies as required.
- Coordinate meetings with Senior Officials and Industry offices as required.
- Print weekly reports as necessary.
- Strategically schedule and perform calendar management with respect to priorities, goals and objectives of task area.
- Track leave and personnel time off of task area personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
- Must be a United States citizen.
- Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
- Seated at a contractor location in local proximity to the Washington Navy Yard.
- Ability to travel within OCONUS to visit industry, academia, military installations, and shipboard locations.
- Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
- Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
