TMB, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. FMS Financial Analyst to provide support to the NATO SEASPARROW Program Office (NSPO).
Responsibilities
- Provide program management support to the NATO SEASPARROW Program Office (NSPO) Foreign Military Sales Team, including assisting with drafting the content of official correspondence in responding to international requests for information and tracking of actions.
- Assist in coordinating technical assistance with various program field activities and contractor, including site visits and OCONUS training.
- Assist in all aspects of planning, preparing for, and supporting international Foreign Military Sales Program Management Reviews and other associated meetings.
- Assist in the development of FMS Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs), Price and Availability (P&A), modifications and amendments and associated gathering of requirements and cost estimates.
Qualifications
- CME Preferred.
- Navy ERP and MISIL experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and 10 years of experience.
- Must be a United States citizen.
- Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
- Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
