TMB, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst to provide support to the NATO SEASPARROW Program Office (NSPO).
Responsibilities
- Provide financial management support to the NATO SEASPARROW Program Office (NSPO).
- Perform FMS Financial Case Management utilizing MISIL and prepare various FMS documents.
- Participate in Program Management Reviews with various customer countries.
- Prepare funding documents in the Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP).
- Track funding documents in the Financial Data Base (FDB).
- Track funds execution to ensure that obligation and expenditure benchmarks are met.
- Run reports and maintain action item trackers.
Qualifications
- CME Preferred.
- Navy ERP and MISIL experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and 10 years of experience.
- Must be a United States citizen.
- Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
- Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
