What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrave Assistant position at Tech Medical Home Care Services?
As a healthcare administrative assistant, you would provide a wide variety of support to one or more departments or managers including managing the day to day operations of the office environment.
1. Performing clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mail distribution, and filing.
2. Creates various types of documentation using Microsoft Office.
3. Coordinates meetings or conference calls as needed.
4. Answers phones in a timely manner using good customer service skills and judgment in the distribution of messages.
5. In charge of keeping inventory of all office supplies, and placing replenishment orders as needed.
6. Records minutes at meetings.
7. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
8. Monitor supplies and resources 10. Perform data entry & Scan documents.
9. Run company errand's.
10. Call applicants about job openings.
11. Process resumes including updating Google sites.
12. Deliver/send, collect and process new hire paperwork.
13. Schedule Drug screens and collect results.
14. Schedule TB screenings and collect results.
15. Make bank deposits.
16. Oversee the verification of submitted hours worked against branch records. Notify the appropriate personnel of discrepancies
17. Collect digital photo and process employee ID.
18. Complete Payroll
19. Other duties as assigned.
Equipment Operation
1. Requires the ability to utilize a PC, calculator, multi-line telephone, and other office related equipment.
1. Has access to all client and personnel records, which can be discussed with all management staff, including the Board of Directors as well as outside government agencies.
