What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resource Recruiter (Must Have SRNA License) position at Tech Medical Home Care Services?
PURPOSE:
The HR Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Responsibilities
01. Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
02. Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
03. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
04. Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
05. Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
06. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
07. Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
08. Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
09. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
10. Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
11. Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Support Services and/or Administrator.
12. Other duties as assigned.
Equipment Operation
01. Requires the ability to utilize a PC, calculator, multi‐line telephone, and other office related equipment.
Also, Microsoft Excel and Word along with scheduling, accounting and other software.

01. Has access to all client and personnel records, which can be discussed with all management staff, including the Board of Directors as well as outside government agencies.
Qualifications
01. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
02. Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
03. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
04. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
05. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
06. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
07. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant‐tracking software or other recruitment systems.
08. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
09. Must be a team player and have outstanding writing, editing, data entry, and proofreading skills
10. Must have high school diploma or equivalent
11. Must be licensed as a Nurse Aide in Kentucky or Ohio with at least one year of recruiting experience.
