- Avg. starting salary : $80,000 – $90,000 (BOE)

- Minimum five years of work experience in IT or tech industry
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not required)
- Experience with SharePoint and Azure
- Proficient with : Windows Server, Windows desktop, PC infrastructures, and Cloud services
- Well-informed on network operating systems, information / worker applications, database systems, messaging, management & operations, and security software
- Current industry certifications (preferred)
- Experience with ConnectWise and / or AutoTask or similar PSA tool (preferred)

- Perform strategic research and assessments, both internal and external. Eventually presenting reports on said findings, including recommendations for improvements
- Identify, plan, implement, and manage strategic solutions for client IT issues
- Develop and execute SOW and project plans
- Work collaboratively with clients, fostering strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- Maintain and communicate relevant documentation.
- Resolve and troubleshoot ongoing client tech concerns.
