What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Admin/Developer position at Tech-Nique Partners?
This is with a Global Organization with over 500 location.
This role can be remote but you must sit/live inside the United States AND be capable of attending in person function in NJ as needed.
Technical Experience:
Salesforce.com CRM platform both as Administrator and Developer along with web technologies
Salesforce Lightning UI, Lightning programming, Aura framework programming.
- Good knowledge on Apex development in creating custom objects, custom tabs, Triggers, Apex Classes, Force.com API, Standard Controllers, Custom Controllers and Controller Extensions
- Lightning component building, worked on many components to convert existing classic programming work like Visual force into Lightning components.
- Scrum Agile Methodology environment.
- Experience in creating various Reports (summary reports, matric reports, pie charts, dashboards and graphics) and Report Folders.
- Primary level experience in working on web services and giving solutions by SOAP and REST integrations.
- Proficient knowledge of Governor limits. Experience in optimization of existing code in accordance to the governor limits.
- Involved in various stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis and development of application using salesforce.com CRM, Force.com platform as an administrator and developer.
- Extensive experience in working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Chatter and App-exchange
- Hands on working experience in Role Hierarchy, Custom Profiles and public Groups creation and user management.
- Experience in using Data Loader for insert, update and bulk import or export of data from Salesforce.com Objects.
- Proficient in writing Salesforce.com SOQL & SOSL queries for data extraction and modification considering the Governor Limits.
- Hands on experience in using declarative features like validation rules, workflows, approval process, sharing rules automation for satisfying complex business process automations.
- Experience in implementing security and sharing rules at object, field, and record level for different users at different levels of organization
- Excellent communication, problem solving and programming skills. Familiar to working with both large and small team environments.
Salary : $55 - $65
