Objectives :
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our development team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that deliver an excellent user experience, improve system performance, and enhance the scalability of our applications.
The Full Stack Web Developer will work closely with the Digital Americas and Development teams (both internal & external) to build and maintain consumer-facing web applications and eCommerce platforms. This position will focus on projects for the Americas region while providing global development support. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging new technologies to enhance our eCommerce capabilities and provide an exceptional user experience.

ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain features on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.Implement back-end services using industry-standard frameworks and create front-end features using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.Integrate the web platform with internal and external systems (payment gateways, APIs, third-party services).Develop and enhance user-facing web features, ensuring smooth and responsive interactions.Contribute to system optimizations for better performance and reliability.Apply best practices in coding to maintain high-quality, maintainable code.Conduct code reviews with peers to maintain high-quality standards and share knowledge.Participate in continuous integration and deployment (CI / CD) processes for quicker iteration.Monitor and enhance system performance for faster load times and improved usability.
QualificationsEducation Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other equivalent engineering or science fieldWork experience Minimum 3 years of professional web development experience, with a focus on eCommerce platforms and integrations.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and SFRA.Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React / Vue.js).Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Java, PHP, Ruby).Familiarity with databases (MySQL, Elasticsearch) and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud).Experience with version control (Git) and CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub).Familiarity with web accessibility standards (ADA compliance) and SEO best practices.Preferred SkillsSalesforce Commerce Cloud certification.Experience with mobile app implementations and GTM (Google Tag Manager).Familiarity with Agile development practices, Atlassian JIRA, and Confluence.Knowledge of REST APIs, OOP principles, and MVC architecture patterns.
