Certified Nursing Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY: This role helps the residents with their activities of daily living and assists in various ways to keep residents safe, healthy, and comfortable.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

· Answer call lights

· Assist residents with ADLs including toileting, transferring, bathing, grooming, etc.

· Report any changes in resident condition to the nurse.

· Obtain vitals, weights and other information as needed.

· Meet resident needs in a timely manner.

· Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to charge nurse.

· Perform other duties as requested.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Required qualifications to effectively perform job. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

· Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.

· Must hold and maintain Certified Nursing Assistant certification.

· Current BLS required.

· 1 years of related work experience preferred.

· Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
