Our client is searching for a hands-on business-focused MDM Engineer. The ideal candidate will have functional knowledge in Master Data Management as well as Asset/Wealth Management distribution. You will learn new technologies, working on constantly upgrading your skill set and the products you work on to be at-par with the best in the industry. You will innovate and solve technical challenges in an effective manner that emphasizes a long-term vision.

You will design and deliver solutions for wealth management and Institutional asset management business initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

· Deep knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles, processes, architectures, protocols, patterns, and technologies. Must have hands-on operational experience working with data stewards and product owner.

· Responsible for Analyzing Master Data and identifying trends and patterns that can be used to improve business process and decision-making.

· Provide expertise and guidance on MDM best practices and help organization implement MDM Solutions.

· Extensive experience with market and reference data in the context of capital markets or investment management.

· Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.

· Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data quality management and data governance principles is a big plus.

· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to negotiate and influence critical decisions and work collaboratively with product owner.
