Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights for business stakeholders.

Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business initiatives and ad hoc requests.

Develop and implement data models that support analytical and visualization needs.

Collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and refine visualizations for maximum impact.

Ensure data quality and consistency in all visualizations and reporting solutions.

Communicate insights and analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, tailoring the message as appropriate.

Analyze complex ecosystem of systems, operating models and understand how it impacts underlying data.

Stay current with emerging data visualization and analytics trends to drive innovation within the team.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. Advanced degree is a plus.

5-8 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, preferably within financial services, technology, or a related industry.

Proven experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Pyramid).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of data analysis techniques and methods.

Intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous learning, with an eagerness to dive into complex data challenges.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis (in Snowflake, Databricks).

Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
