What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote QuickBooks Bookkeeper position at Tech Orchard?
Location: Remote (US time zones)
Hours: Minimum 15 hours per week, flexible schedule
Key Responsibilities:
o Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
o Process invoices and payments
o Follow up on outstanding invoices with customer AP departments
o Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
o Special projects, including follow-up on outstanding Statements of Work
o Able to meet critical timelines
o Create efficiency within QuickBooks
Requirements:
· QuickBooks certified Bookkeeper or similar QuickBooks certifications
· Preferred 3 years of bookkeeping experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and remotely
· Experience with invoices, purchase orders, and recurring invoices
· Responsive and high integrity
Technical Requirements:
· Reliable internet and telephone connection
· Availability during normal US time zone business hours
Compensation and Benefits:
o Pay: $15 - $30 per hour, based on experience
o Weekly pay
