Position Details:
- Independent Contractor (1099 Role)
- Piece Rate Pay – Compensation is based on completed jobs.
- Weekly Pay – First pay is 3 weeks out, then paid every Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain cable systems, including coax and fiber for TV and internet services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot signal issues.
- Perform work requiring lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
- Follow safety guidelines and industry standards.
- Provide professional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Spectrum experience required (coax and fiber).
- Must be fully trained and ready to start (no training provided).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must have own work vehicle (truck or van, vehicle not provided).
- Must own necessary tools, including a meter and ladders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Compensation & Benefits:
