We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and Google Sheets. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for overseeing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with tax regulations. Onboard New Hires.
Payroll Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
- Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Perform account reconciliations related to payroll transactions
- Input and maintain employee data
- Conduct 10-key typing for data entry tasks
- Handle tax-related matters including deductions and filings
Payroll Administrator Qualifications
- Proven experience in payroll administration or related field
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets duties within a payroll setting
- Proficiency in utilizing payroll software such as QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of tax regulations related to payroll
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
