- Serves as a receptionist managing incoming calls by screening, directing, and transferring to appropriate staff
- Assists callers and in-person customers by looking up and relaying information regarding their assigned attorney as well as upcoming court dates
- Monitors court calendar and notifies attorneys of client arrival
- Assigns attorneys to unrepresented clients in coordination with attorneys and assignment staff
- Enters assignments and payment information in case management system
- Performs initial conflict checks
- Builds and organizes both hardcopy and electronic files
- Performs other miscellaneous routine clerical tasks as needed
