Description :
- Essential in reviewing state and internal paperwork for errors.
- Verifying dealership information using Salesforce and keeping data up-to-date in Salesforce.
- Needs familiarity with Excel, Word, and PDF documents, including splitting documents into multiple pages and saving them to folders and updating and filtering spreadsheets.
- Quick to learn and master new computer programs including internal data systems and Salesforce.
- Experience in making outbound calls and answering customer questions.
- Must be quick to learn and able to operate self-sufficiently, but know when to ask questions and ensure compliance with state and internal regulations.
