Job Title : Fleet Operations Support Specialist
Location : Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Duration : 12 Months (Contract)
Description :
- Manage asset related processes such as remarketing, aftermarket equipment installation and / or other asset logistic requirements
- Work with vendors, customers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and maintenance facilities to ensure assets are delivered on time, specifications are accurate and policies are upheld
- Mange vendor performance based on timelines, quality, value and innovation
- Consult with stakeholders to provide reporting to maximize visibility to asset status and financial impact
- Maintain knowledge of device updates and train users on new and existing features
- Ensure billing accuracy and timely processing of payment.
- 3 years asset, client or account experience.
- Ability to interact with internal and external business partners supporting corporate policy, standards, processes and procedures.
- Strong proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs; strong MS Excel proficiency required.
