Position : Maintenance Engineering Technician
Location : Liberty, NC (Onsite.)
Duration : 12 Months Contract with possibility of Extension
Description :
- Candidate must decide appropriate work priorities, developing and executing schedule for said priorities and reporting their status to management group.
- Test and repair electrical equipment or systems. (Involving circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, servo drives, etc.)
- Strong ability to write, program, troubleshoot, modify and / or repair programmable logic controllers, robotics, cameras, and other electronic equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair safety systems, machine components hydraulic and pneumatic.
- Plan and execute machine integration into mass production, leveling, adjustment and quality conformation for assigned work area.
- Perform basic administrative skills including documentation of work performed by written / electronic methods.
- Participate in project planning with Engineering.
- Experience with Hydraulic or Pneumatic troubleshooting and schematic reading
- Industrial Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or equipment installation and debugging experience.
- Experience with Electrical and / or mechanical systems in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Technical experience with PLCs in programming, including read, write and modify logic Technical experience with Servo Motion Controllers Technical experience with relay logic including wiring and troubleshooting Technical experience with Robotics including programming and troubleshooting.
