Position : Support Technician
Location : Orlando, FL (Onsite)
Duration : 12 Months Contract with possibility of Extension
Description :
- Support Technician provisions and maintains end user computing devices (e.g. desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, fax and copy equipment).
- Technician installs and troubleshoots hardware, software, and network problems, escalating to the responsible area with accurate information, and providing technical guidance and oversight.
- Field technician that will be driving to the different auction sites to assist with any technical issues that arise.
- Excellent Customer Service record, exceptional written / verbal communication, ability to prioritize tasks, effective time management, and willing to travel / support two auction locations on opposite sides of the Houston metroplex
- Knowledge of desktop hardware / software, telecom, wired / wireless networks, printing devices, and mobile phones (both IOS / Android).
