Department Overview : The team consists of 2 engineers, 4 technical analysts, 3 content developers, a records specialist, and an intern. The department is currently working on a major project to reauthor standards for the gas sector, covering engineering and operations. With the project already 40% completed, additional technical analysts / writers are needed to assist in completing this initiative by the end of the year.
Responsibilities : Consolidate multiple documents into a single, comprehensive document.Review and reorganize complex technical documentation to improve information management.Assist engineers with documentation-related tasks and various project needs.Provide recommendations for structuring and managing content effectively.Collaborate with a small, dynamic team in an unstructured environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications : 1–2 years of experience in technical writing and document drafting / management.Strong expertise in Microsoft Word, including comment tracking and document structuring.Experience with content coding and reauthoring.Technical knowledge related to construction or utilities (preferred).Ability to work in an evolving and unstructured environment.
Educational Requirements : Associate degree with 4 years of experience
orBachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience.
