Duration- 10 Months Contract with potential for extension
Shift Time : 8 AM to 5 PM (MST)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, desktop remote control tools, help desk ticketing systems, and networking protocols.
- Knowledge of personal computing hardware and software, local area networks, and peripherals essentials.
- Experience creating images for laptops and desktops using various tools.
- Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and resolve fundamental technical problems.
