Job Title : UX Designer
Location : San Diego, CA (Local candidates preferred; hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days per week in-office and remaining days remote)
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate collaborative design sessions, including sketching and ideation, to drive innovative solutions.
- Develop user stories, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes to effectively communicate design concepts to cross-functional development teams.
- Demonstrate proficiency in working with Design Systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Conduct regular design reviews with team members to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Leverage data from user research and analytics to inform and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product management and development teams to ensure designs align with end-user needs and business objectives.
- Contribute to the development and adoption of agile UX processes, fostering collaboration between product management and development teams.
- Create and effectively communicate interaction and UX design decisions through various deliverables, including user stories, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Develop and maintain design mockups, user flows, wireframes, detailed specifications, and other design documentation as needed.
- Prototype concept designs and validate design directions through user and stakeholder feedback.
- Plan and conduct usability testing using clickable prototypes, documenting findings to inform design improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to deliver a best-in-class user experience.
- Foster an open and collaborative UX culture within the organization.
