Sales Development Representative | Full Time | In-Office
Compensation:
- $19.23/hour (equivalent to $40,000 annually)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 annually, achievable through uncapped performance-based commissions.
Note: OTE represents projected earnings for meeting sales goals; actual earnings may vary based on performance.

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join us as soon as possible. You will be working with the sales and marketing teams to nurture, qualify, and set appointments through lead generation. Your responsibility is not to close sales but to find interested customers through phone calls.

As an SDR, You’ll Help Tech Rage IT By:
- Learning the Company’s sales training materials and participating in weekly sales coaching sessions
- Actively and consistently making outbound calls
- Setting qualified appointments by overcoming high-level objections
- Communicating persuasively and successfully
- Qualifying businesses by talking to leads and prospects
- Preparing sales and marketing materials
- Entering relevant data and activity into the company’s CRM
- Actively participating in sales and marketing meetings
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma
- Comfortable being on the phone
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Availability Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm; full-time role
- In-office attendance in Winter Springs, FL
- 1 years’ customer service, retail, hospitality, or related experience combined
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle opposition
- Successfully pass pre-employment verification checks
Bonus Points:
- 1 years of experience in Business-to-Business cold calling, inside sales or telemarketing
- Actively pursuing or completed degree in Marketing, Sales or Business. Candidates who have an undecided major will be considered.
